SGT Construction has always worked to be transparent in it’s accounting practices; submitting weekly billings showing exactly where the money is being used and what contractors are being paid for the week.
The building contract details the scope of work, budget constraints, change order processes, billing cycles, administrative management strategy and estimated timelines. The contract will need to be flexible and addendums will be provided as the construction project moves forward, defining changes and modifications as they occur.

SGT Construction has a California Contractors ‘B’ License, # 965619 and bonded per state requirements. A liability insurance policy will be provided for the estimated value of the construction project. All sub-contractors are also licensed with the state of California.
