Hello and thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself and to offer my general contractor team services.


I was referred to Chris Blanchard last February, 2025 by one of my clients in Rolling Hills Estates. After a few conversations and introductions to some of his neighbors on Jacon Way; it became apparent that my contractor experience and construction network could have a positive role in rebuilding new homes in the area. Over the past six months, I have reached out to architects, contractors, designers and engineers in the South Bay and have

built a team of construction professionals from the Palos Verdes Peninsula and Manhattan Beach communities.


SGT Construction Group’s goal is to build 6-9 custom, luxury homes per year. Additional contractors and construction teams will be drafted to join as demand increases. The building strategy is to group together three homes to start construction at the same time, using an assembly line approach to build the new homes. The three-home grouping is the most efficient option for contractors traveling from the Palos Verdes Peninsula and Manhattan Beach areas. It provides consistent, long-term work for their teams, motivates them to bring their best to the Palisades, creates opportunity for purchasing discounts on large orders, supports profitability for the contractor teams and assists with budgeting controls for the property owners. There will be a need for professional, out-of-area contractors for the Pacific Palisades rebuilding effort, as there are not near enough qualified local contractors to support the demand expectations.


SGT Construction will break down construction responsibilities into two divisions. One division will focus on accounting, administrative and contract documentation; including budgeting, invoicing, permitting, purchasing, state agency compliance, management of the on-site contractor teams and owner communication. The on-site teams of licensed contractors and project managers will be responsible for construction; focusing on architectural design specifications, building code verification, structural compliance, project management, scheduling, and on-site problem solving. The goal of this strategy is to remove all administrative and contract documentation duties for the on-site management teams, allowing them to focus on construction timelines, quality craftsmanship, meticulous attention to details and superior customer service for your new home.
